Dirty Glasses

Don't you just hate it when your eyeglasses are so dirty?
My Eyeglasses

To be honest, I really do not know why I actually have a blog right now. I have always stopped and cogitated to myself: Will it help me? Can I see myself in what I will post? Perhaps by publishing my first post, I will be able to see myself in a different perspective. Actually, what made you go into my blog? That I wonder, if you are either my friend or enemy. If you don't know me, I'm Jose and fourteen years old. Call me anything you like as long as it is not offensive.

Life is just full of tempestuous maelstroms and hurricanes. They are so powerful and puissant so as to make you perish and your brains to explode suddenly from your head. But, that's life, right? Mistakes and mishaps are inevitable and cannot be averted, but there is always a solution to everything. I read once in The Seven Habits of Highly Effective Teens by Sean Covey that we may not possess the power to prevent the situations happening to us, but we solely retain the capability to control ourselves and solve the problem. That is one thing that I keep to my heart; and, hopefully, I pray to God and hope that I do not become blind of what I utter and see through my dirty glasses.

Of course, we should definitely be cognizant of the fact that life will incessantly and pertinaciously keep on throwing enervating and intimidating forces that will assuredly hinder us from being content with our lives. However, I asked to myself: "Are such things necessary to make us enlightened of our false beliefs?" Perhaps, such an assumption may be true and precise. But I came to believe that keeping your eyeglasses dirty and dingy may make us become stupid fools and victims of our own follies. Our stupid, dangerous follies will continue to rapidly deteriorate us, unless if we clean our glasses and create a new radiant perspective. However, though, not all things happen the way we anticipate them to. Regardless, we should remember that defending our follies vehemently and adamantly will eventually  destroy us. As a result of such actions, our relationships with family members and friends will eventually lead to such destruction. Moreover, we need to know when we have had enough and realize that better days will come if there happens to be no serenity and tranquility not only within us but with others as well. Therefore, it is imperative for us to cogitate through our consequences to see if they will enervate and wreak havoc internally and externally.

I, for one, wish to clean my glasses and liberate myself from my foolishness I have exhibited for the years. However, just because doing it once does not necessarily mean we remain immune to life's temptations and erroneous wrongdoings. Of course, there will always be times when our glasses will become dirty once again and impede us from being at peace. Therefore, it is rather significant to become prepared whatever temptations and macabre malevolence life will throw at us.
